In the 4th Annual General Meeting of FACC AG, based in Ried i. Innkreis, FN 336290w, has resolved to pay a dividend of EUR 0.11 per share bearing dividend entitlement for the 2017/18 financial year.
This distribution will be made in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of 29 June 2018 under Austrian tax law as a capital repayment. The dividend will be payable on July 12, 2018 (dividend payment day). The shares of FACC AG will be traded on the Vienna Stock Exchange from 5 July 2018 ex dividend for the financial year 2017/18 (dividend ex date). The relevant date for the securities account balance to receive a dividend (record date) is July 6, 2018
